Who will pay?

LEGAL AID

We have a franchise from the Legal Service Commission to undertake publicly funded medical work.

If your gross monthly income is less than £2350 and you have savings of less than £8000 you may be eligible for financial assistance known as Legal Aid towards your costs.

Your entitlement will need to be calculated taking into account your monthly income and living costs. We will help you to calculate your entitlement and submit a claim for funding.

If you are on  income support or income based jobseekers allowance you will qualify for Legal Aid.

NO WIN NO FEE

We will give you a free initial interview during which we will explain all of the options to you, including no win no fee.

This is an agreement with your solicitor, that if you do not win your case, you will not pay fees to your solicitor. If you win your case and receive compensation, the solicitor will receive a greater fee at the conclusion of the case.

LEGAL EXPENSES INSURANCE

You may have an insurance policy to pay the legal fees associated with a claim, perhaps with your car or home insurance.

PRIVATE FUNDING

If you want to pay privately we will let you have our full terms of business including our hourly rates.
